Generous VPN is a brand name owned by MMOH, a company registered in the Netherlands under the following details:

Generous VPN operates and is contactable through the generousvpn.com website.

Generous VPN VPN service

Generous VPN will make no active efforts to document, observe or modify any content a user transmits or receives through the Generous VPN Virtual Private Network service.

Generous VPN will make efforts to provide a stable and functional service to its customers.

Generous VPN will make efforts to provide an encrypted VPN connection to its customers.

Payment obligations

Customers are obliged to pay for Generous VPN services within 14 days of ordering.

Refunds are not possible due to the consumable nature of the product with regards to server capacity.

Service refusal and termination

Generous VPN has the right to refuse service to any customer without indicating a reason.

Generous VPN may terminate any service, assuming a reasonable cause.

Use of Generous VPN services

Generous VPN makes no active effort to document or observe content transferred through its services.

Generous VPN clients agree to electronically transmit, spread or display no content that violates local laws, Dutch law, or laws of the countries in which the Generous VPN servers are positioned.

Fair use policy

Generous VPN bandwidth is subject to a fair use policy. This entails that service usage with regards to bandwidth is unlimited within reason. If reasonable bandwidth is exceeded Generous VPN has the right but not the obligation to throttle or terminate the account in question for the remainder of the billing cycle.

For Free connections the reasonable usage limit is subjective to the judgement of Generous VPN.

For paid VPN service the reasonable usage limit is set at 1TB per month. That is to say 1024 Gigabytes of data.

Generous VPN has the right to change these reasonable usage limits at any time.

Liability of Generous VPN and its partners

Any user is obliged to be aware of local laws and act in accordance with them.

The following clauses apply to Generous VPN and any parties Generous VPN may work together with.

Any user of Generous VPN services agrees that under no circumstance Generous VPN or its partners are to be held liable for infringements of law on behalf of Generous VPN clients. Example: copyright infringements.

Any user of Generous VPN services agrees that under no circumstance Generous VPN or its partners are to be held liable for damage or any sort (including financial damage) as a result of data transferred through, or usage of, the Generous VPN service.

Any user of Generous VPN services agrees that under no circumstance Generous VPN or its partners are to be held liable for damage or any sort (including financial damage) as a result of service outage or restricted access.

Any user of Generous VPN services agrees to hold themselves legally accountable for any expenses, losses, damages, liabilities or third party claims as a result of the breaching of any obligations the client may have by law or other legal agreement.

While making efforts to increase client’s privacy Generous VPN cannot and does not guarantee full privacy and is not responsible for any breaches in security related to its services.

Changes to terms and conditions

Generous VPN has the right to change or add to the content of the Terms and Conditions without having to notify its clients.
